I said no for the facility being secure and well lit not because the inside isn’t, but because the garage you use to unload anyone can access and I had a very scary experience where cruise across America camper was parked inside and I watched two men get into it and then stay in there. They were not visible and it made me feel incredibly unsafe. They were not unloading when I saw just sitting in their camper. I am moving out due to this experience. This being said, upon move in I went in to pay my final amount and set the move out and the people were first of all not available, and second of all when they finally did come to help were INCREDIBLY RUDE. I honestly cried upon leaving because the way I was spoken to was SO intense. I was told to just stop thinking and just move out, they were not interested in what I needed help with (paying the amount I owed and doing the move out, instead walked me up to get my thing while lecturing me that I talked way to much instead of saying what I wanted which they were saying was not to pay and I explained that wasn’t the case at all. It was a HORRIBLE experience and I will never rent there again or recommend that anyone does.

One gal even returned a call not because I asked her to but because that's how thoughtful she was. What a great place to store items during a move or for whatever reason.
