charlesetta G | First ImpressionsI went to move my stuff out my storage yesterday upon arrival my storage had a secondary lock on it that delayed my moving out process (even though my storage payment was up to date) then I rented a U-Haul to remove my stuff the link to take pictures didn’t work and when I went back in the line was long so I left when I returned the truck they told me I went 500 miles which is impossible because I only had the truck 2-3 hours so my account was left on hold and I had to take off work to go up there today because there was no manager on site
