south s | Overall ExperienceTThere was no light bulb so it was dark while trying to work in the storage space. The staff on site were great. The people who answer the phones are often difficult. One fellow had a very poor command of English, so I came away very unsure about his answers. I asked when we had to vacate the unit and he just said "eleven". I asked whether that was a.m. or p.m. He didn't seem to understand that. Then it seemed he meant the 11th of the month but he couldn't communicate when on the 11th.
