The sales representative was professional, and I would hire him on any day, friendly articulate and represented your company. Very well matter of fact I rented a truck twice in the same week from two different gentlemen one was from another location filling in and the other one was a regularperson there. Sorry I don’t have their names, but this was all done last week. Your operations is clean and very efficient.

Jennifer P | Online Move InThis location looks to have a high turn over of employees. Bad customer service. This facility is not secure. The doors are constantly propped open after hours for the homeless to come and go. The staff act as if they would rather be somewhere else and are ALWAYS rude AF. I finally closed out my rental so I am sure they are glad to see me go just like i am elated that I do not have to visit this place not another second of my life. (Mr. Smith, I know you are doing your best but the people being hired are lying in their interviews, they are terrible at customer service and interacting with the public.) Good Luck.
