MIGUEL P | Overall ExperienceI never had a unit, I booked but when I arrived the manager with pink hair was very rude and told me he dosent allow truck and trailers at that location anymore only RVs. I was turned around right before closing and I had no lights on my trailer so I had to drive back home at night unsafe. Also I was called on 11/13/25 about owing a $181.00 and I never even rented the space smh.... Horrible experience!!!

patricia g | Overall ExperienceI feel like Uhaul stoled from me I was not told I was under a contract when moving I didn't go over my mileage & since I was under a contract I can't get reimbursed for my hard earned money I feel I should get the money back for not using over mileage I was under I will not use uhaul anymore
