pricing for storage is too high. i would have stayed forever if it was more in line with competitors
Michael G | Overall ExperienceHorrible experience with assistant manager, organization and communication with staff. For a process that should have taken 15-20 minutes it took us 2 and a half hours pushing our timeline for the day back by 3 hours. First we went on a wild goose chase for the truck which took 25-30 minutes, and due to issues with the lock we needed help with removal. A few months ago our lock was accidentally cut by staff due to a mix up/ miscommunication between management. They then called a week or so later to tell us that we have new locks and new keys. When I arrived on site they were unaware of the change and were unable to find the new keys. It was a horrible experience, the issue was never addressed and when the keys were finally given there were issues with the locks hence why we needed them to be cut. Overall the customer service provided was the worse I have ever experienced with U-Haul.
