EUGENIA S | First ImpressionsThe stench was overwhelming as soon as you walk in building. Mice got in by the back door the hallways stayed filthy all week. There's a U-Haul thermometer on the wall that shows what the temperature should range between. I took pictures and send emails at the usual nothing. U-Haul's customer service is just worthless. I used to get U-Haul hitches. they made a mess of that too. The whole U-Haul business model has dramatically declined over the years.
