On top of that the floor was so busted up the portable staircase was stuck in the floor. I’ve already spread the word this is not a good place to store your stuff..and I’ll continue to preach that to everyone I know.

jerome N. | First ImpressionsOur unit was on the 7th floor and poorly lit, damp and freezing. Window out. Drafty. Drywall seperated and falling down in the unit. Entrance and parking was fine. I wouldn't advise fragil or cold sensitive items on the upper floors that have windows out. There is no heat and we paid for climate controlled thinking it was secured from the eliments and dampness.

It is hard to find caring and compassionate people and that is because they all work at that location. Please reward the staff in it’s entirety. They truly deserve it!
