When I first rented the unit I had a good experience but over time it became less about the customer and more about the bottom line. You can have a storage unit for years and have a hard time one month leading to a late payment. The unit will be locked 2 days after the due date. If I ever need another storage I’ll explore other options.

I am a loyal customer with U-Haul and I honestly feel robbed over the few times that I’ve used U-Haul services and I think that it has come to an end and I will never use U-Haul again.

Odell C | Overall ExperienceFront desk staff were incredibly friendly, nice and knowledgeable. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner, and I appreciated the staff showing us how to work the elevator. The 5 stars are for them alone. However, the building’s stairs are incredibly narrow and steep, with incredibly low ceilings for anyone over 5ft5. The floorboards on the upper floors are uneven and stripped in some places, showing the original rough floorboards. Walking is unsteady and carts catch.
