The price for my tiny space was fine until this past July when a 52% increase was issued. The space was regularly inundated with dust/pollen/cottonwood fluff/spiders and stink bugs.it is not worth the price now and was going to be increased again in January before I complained. I chose to leave.

DERRICK A | Overall ExperienceVery friendly manager and maintenance staff, who are obviously intent on maintaining a secure facility and in meeting the needs of their customers. I would not hesitate to go back to this storage facility if I ever have need of self-service storage again.
Stephen S | Overall Experiencethey have no security. anyone can drive in all day and scope out your unit. Mexicans rent units and then watch what others are storing. there are no cameras in the back area. anyone can come in and rob your unit. My unit in the back. the only unit had the lock cut off and $7,000 dollars in tools were stolen. How did that happen without lookouts directing the thieves. the management said sorry where is your insurance and gave me $6 dollar lock. No free month? or anything. then raised the rent the next month. I say move on to a facility that at least keeps the gates closed. these people are crooks.
