I got this unit because it was supposed to be indoors and climate controlled. It was always so incredibly hot and humid and it led to mold growing on my stuff that was 100% clean and dry when it went into the unit. There were often clear signs that certain people were living in the units here as well. The move out process was smooth though and the lady at the office was very nice and helpful when I couldn’t get the app to work.

Use them for 3 years when I was moving from state to state. They were very convenient and easy to use. I haven’t had any problems with them or the unit itself. Definitely would recommend if you are needing to put some things in storage for a period of time.

I was away from Louisville working for a month straight. The facility did not auto deduct my debit card, and when I did not make it in, because I was out of town, they cancelled my unit.
