The parking attendant was mean and disrespectful. She was all was complaining about ever thing we did. And she didn't keep the place clean. The bathroom on the 3nd floor was always dirty, sticky.

But she killed him with kindness she did nothing to get the bad attitude something was wrong with the man. Very customer friendly and knew her business everybody that came across had a good spirit of saying hello greeted you and ask you did you need anything and I just felt really good cause I was going through a lot that day and neither Storage only thing is that the next day I seen where you get a month free but I didn’t realize it, but I guess people new outb town, but I came in the next two days to ask but either way I love my storage size and how quick it was to get one THANKS SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME OUT IN TIME OF NEEDING A STORAGE PLACE I THINK HER NAME WAS LEA OR SOMETHING, AND THE OTHER LADY AND THE GENTLEMAN I CAN’T THINK OF THEIR NAME, BUT THEY WERE ALL JUST AWESOME. EVEN THE LADY YOU HAD OVER THERE CLEANING THE BUILDING AND DIDN’T MIND SHOWING YOU HOW TO USE THE SWIPE THING WHICH OUT THAT WAS VERY EASY AND CONVENIENT ONCE I LEARNED IT, BUT I APPRECIATE YOU ALL. THANKS SO MUCH. YOU ALL FOR DOING WHAT YOU DO.
stacee s | First ImpressionsThe staff performed an illegal lock-out, refused to let me into the storage I paid for, MADE ME sign new documents under a different date. Once brought up, the staff refused to acknowledge it, refused to sell my items at auction timely, and continued to harass me. I instructed them what I desired but, they stopped speaking once I requested someone higher in the chain. I have emails to confirm.
