Tried to call the location when I arrived because there was no lock. Just an empty plastic box. Called the next day still no answer. Every time I use uhaul for anything (especially the move to get here) it's always a problem.

Everyone I've ever came in contact with have been very welcoming, friendly, & understanding while maintaining professionalism. The manager has gone above & beyond to help me get caught back up on payments after I got behind when my Mother passed last year. The only issues I've ever had is the length of time it has taken after getting caught up on payments for the unit to be unlocked on their end. Other than that I've not had one complaint about the facility or it's staff.

That is understandable, but I didn’t know about the extra lock placed on my locker until I arrived after hours to access my locker. The situation took 2 weeks to rectify. Other than that I am a happy customer.

There was a specific unit (directly beside my current one) that I was wanting open & Ms. Mariah made it happen. The place is well lit, well maintained, & everyone associated with the facility have been friendly, polite, professional, & easy to work with whenever there has been any issues.
