Mr. Warren was very useful with the information he provided for me but the very next day it made me to where I came and purchased a storage unit right away from or through the other gentleman I don't remember his name but he was nice enough to show me a bigger unit which does accommodate all my stuff that I currently don't need and I would highly highly recommend this U-Haul storage unit facility to all my friends and family if my family was still alive but to all my friends really I give y'all a five-star rating y'all kind you're sweet you don't talk down on people no matter what station in life they are at you know and that means a lot to somebody like me thank you very much for having a great and wonderful crew at the store on 34th and Avenue q in Lubbock Texas there were very excellent to me

He walked us to the unit and left, when we were done moving our stuff in he came back and asked if we signed our paper work. When I said I did it online he snapped at me and said there was more paper work to be filled out in the building and walked away rudely. When we went back to sign the papers the manager. Ack said there was nothing to be singed

The door on this unit is hard to open and close. I had to go and get the lock from the office because it was not in the unit as I was hoped. However, that is because it was rented to me before it should have been. The office and customer area is very tidy, but not my unit. The return of my U-Haul was very simple and quick, which made me very happy because I was so tired.

I relocated my parents from Lubbock to PA last September, but needed to put some of their belongings in storage until Nov 2025 in Lubbock. Over the past year, dirt and debris got into the lock on the unit. Connor helped me handle the lock to enable me to open the unit minutes before movers arrived to load the unit into a truck.
