Was disappointed to show up at 8pm and to have the sliding doors be locked. I was told that that keep them locked cuz then anyone would have access but I'm confused on how when you need a card to swipe to even get in the gate and why can't there be a card swipe for the sliding doors as well? We felt like we wasted half a day because we now have to wait until the morning to start moving stuff in. I suppose we could have tried and struggled to get the furniture through that small door but we just did a lot of struggling trying to get the furniture out of our front door and into the van...

Tamara L | Overall ExperienceWe liked the storage unit and it did what we needed it to do. However, the cameras around our unit were spray painted and we immediately let them know and nothing happened. We also went by the office a few times and the door was opened and nobody was at the desk to help. Other than that it was a good experience!

CORY B | Overall ExperienceThere was food thrown on top of my storage unit where sauce spilled on my stuff and the food cause roaches and other bugs to be in my unit. I had to throw a lot of stuff away to the damage from poop and the excessive amount of roaches living in my things. I will never go back there.
