MELVINWAYNE W | Overall ExperienceWith changing staff my contrast and prices changed randomly. One manager gave me a discount for having to move twice bc of water intrusion from the ceiling and wet items in my unit. Then a new manager took that discount away. Next I prepaid to avoid a price increase, but I was shorted several months and started being charged a higher price months earlier than my prepaid contract ended. Of course I could never reach anyone by phone at the local office to get this fixed and I live out of the state. Calling the national number resulted in being told that I had to deal with the local office. Another time I received notices that I had to prepay again or my price would go up again. I am not local to the area and could never get the local office on the phone to do a prepay. After the prepay period expired, they raise my rent and called me to inform me about same. When I asked to prepay they told me it was too late and didn’t care that I could never get them on the phone when I tried to call to set up prepay. Again the national phone number offered no help. It was very clear that I was considered to be a captive audience who needed a storage unit, lived out of state, was unlikely to move, and therefore I was treated poorly and taken advantage off. The facility is beautiful and the units are dry if you have an interior unit toward the middle of the building. I was told that toward the outer edges of the building the ceiling leaks bc of standing water on the roof. That was the explanation for the water intrusion in several units at the edge of the building. I needed a storage unit for my college students and bc I was not local, and storage is hard to find, I stayed despite being mistreated and financially taken advantage of. I’m very happy to be done with this facility because of the way I was treated. Parents of college students should be treated with respect, not ripped off because they are stuck needing a storage unit for their student while living out of state.

Biggest issue was what looked like a delivery (3 large crates on pallets) was dropped at the entry to our aisle. Was still room enough for one vehicle at a time though. Staff was great
WADE C | Overall ExperienceBe mindful and observant after paying for your rental. I was overcharged on my truck rental and storage unit. To make matters worse they attempted not once, but twice! To withdrawal my monthly rental amount AGAIN two days in a row, right after moving in. I had to block them from doing so. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this location. The manager can’t help you because she lacks common knowledge. Forget trying to reach them by phone if an issue occurs. My experience was stressful! NEVER AGAIN!
