I’ve rented trucks from this store for years, but never had any units. We will be moving from our other storage unit to this store. This visit, your store definitely gained a loyal customer. Drake from Manassas needs to be acknowledged for outstanding customer service and attitude. The other employ was outstanding as well, but didn’t get his name. GREAT JOB!!

I have never been onboarded at a storage facility, this easily, this conveniently, and this professionally. Got a call from Yuri this morning, that when I put my lock on yesterday, I had not slid the lock bar all the way, so the door was still open! How many storage facilities would conduct that level of due diligence? U-HAUL storage is now for me, and I will recommend to all my friends. Thank you 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I felt like i was being pushed yo pay for my unit earlier than I planned. Plus it's way too expensive, and Hot ASF upstairs. I simply don't have time for that.

I told the lady I did not have a need for the storage and she just threw it in there anyways, was explained it did not cost extra. Canceled it the same day n was still charged for the storage unit.
