rhonnecia g | Overall ExperienceThe staff was very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was extremely slow and cumbersome, not the fault of the staff. The documentation required just to rent a covered RV storage space was excessive. Additionally, the time it took to add an emergency contact was also time-consuming in that the clerk had to talk to the emergency contact in order to add the person. What a waste of time! I want to end by emphasizing that the staff were all very professional and helpful.
