Julio P | First ImpressionsIt went very well. Space is clean and the restroom facilities is a bonus. I was at Prime Storage right next door and they assured me that they would not raise the rate but two months later they increased it by $85. They probably believed that because I live in Queens that I would t make the time to go elsewhere. WRONG! I decided to go with u-Haul because I used them when I moved to Prime Storage and the girl there warned me that Prime Storage would raise the rate and that u-haul doesn’t. Sure enough she was right. This is why I decided to rent storage with them. Staff is very courteous and informative. They also have equipment to use, at no cost, to help you with moving your items out of the truck. There is a small section by the entrance of items from people that left behind that you can have if you like something. I found a foldable chair for my neighbors daughter. Overall, I definitely recommendk storing with U-Haul at the Medford location.
