Mike is not the nice guy he pretends to be. Almost every encounter with Mike felt like a battle or I was a inconvenience instead of him being welcoming or friendly or professional or cordial even. He seemed like he had an attitude and helping the customers seem to annoy him as I witnessed him helping a customer and then as he was walking away from the customer insult the customer. One of Mikes co-workers said to him "woosah" a slang term or calming mantra used to reduce stress and anxiety or anger by encouraging deep,intentional breathing and relaxation. I rented a truck to move my condo out,Uhaul and public storage advertise 1 month free with any truck rental or move long distance or local. They called me 3 different times,called my emergency contact on file and mailed late payment letters to myself and my emergency contact saying I was delinquent in paying my monthly storage bill and that a late fee would be added to my bill. I had to call them for 20 minutes straight before someone answered the phone to assist me. I spoke to an employee named Mason who looked up my account and said that I didnt owe anything. I'm currently renting a 10×20 storage unit at a different public storage location,the public storage that im renting is charging me $450 a month uhaul/public storage offer was $380 a month i chose to stay where im at paying the $450 a month instead of paying the $380 a month just so I wouldn't have to deal with Mike. Most of the staff were helpful especially Rick. Emma was ok and Mason wasnt bad either.
