It was my living stuff such as dishes,clothes ,furniture a lot of memories of all my deceased family. I've been homeless for 1 5 years and it's been. a very hard life out there. I was in the process of maybe finally getting an apartment but now I have nothing to put in it. Some of this stuff I've had since my m marriage in 1971 so you can imagine how much of this stuff meant to me.I know that it means nothing to you but it's all I had left of my life. I would like help in trying to get my stuff back because I was told that I owed $1,300 but then it jumped to $1700 something then it went down to $1,633. I tried every loan to be thought of but it didn't work so I lost it. If I cant get my stuff back Im very seriously thinking of leaving this world because I have nothing left. I would of had my check 10-12 days after the auction date but she wouldn't stop it. Im begging you from the bottom of my heart please try to help me get my stuff back. Im thinking that being told the wrong price could help get it back from who ever bought it. Please see what you can do to help me. I will have the full payment by the 13th -17th. Deborah T | Overall ExperienceI needed to make a new reservation due to because my first reservation was a hustle first my pick up time and the location that I used was not ready didn’t have the truck ready and then they sent me to a different location 22 miles away from where I was picking it up and then didn’t have the truck ready there neither so I call Mary Park location and they say they do have a truck besides that I needed it so I went all the way to pick it up, but I end up paying extra mileage for that they should be next time you make a reservation anticipated with time to have you whatever you order have it ready for pick up

Then i got an email sayung i owed for next month even though I clearly checked out of my storage unit a week ago. The staff is not helpful at all. They could not give me a new card or get my card fixed ever. This is by far the worst uhaul storage experience i evwr had and I would never use this location again ever!
