I thank the store in particular that I had my storage rented from. The manager that was on duty when I rented was the most helpful on the day that I rented a truck and then a storage unit. I was beyond stressed out. I pray God takes care of her daily. After moving out the team that contacted me was courteous and polite when trying to fix an issue and made sure that everything went smoothly without extra charges. I’m grateful and very thankful!

There was an area along the back left wall that looked like dead rodents were removed, but no clean up thereafter. Horrible odor!!! We were rushed for time, so I CLEANED IT!
