Cornelius K | First ImpressionsMy belongings(some) were destroyed by rodents.I reported the issue and advised to contact insurance which I did but was advised I needed receipts for property destroyed although in my defense I explained that the items were n my possession first years and receipts were unlikely but I was advised to still provide them. So I ended up with destroyed property which I ended trashing but wasn't compensated for. I was also told it was my responsibility to put down something to avoid rodents from destroying my property which wasn't shared upon renting a unit til after the fact.
ANITA H | Overall ExperienceFacilities dirty, inside & outside with people’s trash. Very hard to get in gate & out, I guess because we had 2 units, & every time we went had to wait for trucks blocking entry or exit. Not lit up much at all

Traci P | Overall ExperienceI want to say that the staff on site was amazing. They make you feel like an at-home experience. Everything is labeled very well. The grounds are up kept. The unit that I rented was clean. They also have trucks with easy and easy out access.
