Edward N | Overall ExperienceCouldn’t find the size I reserved. Friendly people but not well trained. Did not tell me I need a specific lock. Have now locked me out of my -paid for- unit.
Lyn M | First ImpressionsAt one point about a year ago, someone had put a different lock on my unit and had taken mine off. We notified they came down. It wasn't U-Haul lock. So we cut it off. Did not appear to have anything missing that was hard to tell that was the only unnerving thing

Exposing my property subsequently having my unit, compromise and people stealing my property called corporate. None of the information was documented will never do business with these guys again they go through too many managers. Very unsatisfied I do not trust these people
michael k | Overall ExperienceAll was good. In my hallway (eastern most) the lights often went out while I was working there. And I’d have to go down the hall to get lights back on. Also walking in a couple weeks ago to rat traps in hallways was a little unsettling. Other than that, the facility was clean and safe.
