Lisa G | First ImpressionsMarking below average here because the lock we bought from Uhaul for our unit didn’t work and my monthly payments were “accidentally” taken off autopay by Uhaul and then they charged me a late fee for it. Seems like kind of a sham here.
Sara D | Overall ExperienceOffice for faculty is not onsite, it’s down the road approx 1 mile. When you need assistance, it’s impossible to get someone to come down. I locked my unit 4 years ago. When we came to open for 1st since then, the keys didn’t match the lock. I notified the office of the lock issue & received no concern or support after being a on time renter for over 4 years. I was told it was my problem & I could pay &350 for a lock smith to open unit. No explanation as to whether the internal lock had been changed or not. I found this to be unacceptable service considering my years of service with UHaul. I have never had trouble with their management team until they yesterday when I tried to access my unit for the first time since I locked it over 4 years ago.
