Used the app to book the storage unit and also a truck rental, and it was so easy to navigate, it made the whole process from move in to move out so simple. My unit was ready as promised and upon move in, we had to move furniture from a friend's unit to ours and the staff was very helpful in directing us to our unit location. This is the second time we have had a storage unit and truck rental from this location and both times we have been pleased with the service we received and the facility. Definitely would recommend this location for all your storage and truck rental needs.

We were also speaking with a super nice, wonderful lady who cleaned the units and area. She gave us a tour of the facility, took us to our unit and explained the system on how to get in and what to do when we leave. This was very helpful and I was extremely grateful. I wish I remembered her name.

In one day I spent 2 hours total trying to make arrangement to have my storage moved out by my family as I am out of town and physically can not move the stuff myself .i ended up having to drive two hours to get there. . I was told your lock would be removed before6:00pm I got here 7:45 and of course the lock was t removed. If I was 15 mins later they would of left for the day and would of not only came a long way for nothing but also the people trying to help me get it moved out . I asked the service rep Hailey why it wasn’t removed and why she never called back causing me to come all this way she started yelling at me shut the lights off and told me to leave. I waited till she confirmed the lock was off cause I don’t think she would of cared as I would have no way to getting in the storage unit .. wry unhappy .. further info please feel free to contact me.
PATRICIAG F | Overall ExperienceEverything was good except the distance from our storage unit way inside the building to the U box storage facility outside was far and a little complicated to move our belongings, requiring many many long trips instead of having the boxes placed in the same loading bay arae that our unit was located in . Even required the use of a pick up to go the 100 yards between buildings .
