The experience from a customer perspective was poor. At the end of the transaction you are given a map to go on your own and find the unit. The staff couldn’t navigate the premises, yet you are given a map with drawn in arrows shoring you where to go. Very poor experience.

The staff are especially helpful and provide excellent customer service to ensure the best storage and truck rental experience. After having terrible experiences with particular staff at the Guelph location I was almost convinced that Uhaul was not the company for me, but the staff at Lawson did an incredible job over the several months that I rented out of that location. I'm very grateful for the positive experience and will be sure to return to this location for future storage and truck rentals.

We are already friends now forst time meeting and I think of her as my uhaul mom. She goes above and beyond and it was a blessing seeing her this morning. I really love the very large storage at this location and I am very impressed since I am looking to rent at this location for a long time probably like 12 months or so until October 2026 at least or longer. The other staff member Miya who helped me yesterday was also helpful. She gets 10 out of 10. The large storage facility is well clean and maintained and extra security regarding belongings which made me choose this location. Thank you wonderful uhal team. I will definitelyrecommend uhaul to my younger sister who is planning to find storage next year 2026. God bless.
