Some of the people were so good specially Zachary and Venessa other than these nice people to whom I met was so rude. Though facility was good, nice and clean maintained well but i will not recommend any one over there. My special thanks to Zachary and Venessa. I really appreciate both of you, May be you learned good behaviour from your Parents.
inam s | Overall ExperienceThere was no lock left in the unit, however the staff at the front were very cheerful and helpful. With in seconds I had a lock and my was filling my unit. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the building. I my only request would be to have a larger dolly available.
Tina S | Online Move InIt was not clear to me there are 2 buildings. I was in second building , but parked at first one not realizing the number was combined on several doors. There was no lock in my locker. Fortunately someone gave me a lock from another locker. The next time in I got so lost from the first building. Kudos to Christine (staff) who found me and got me where I needed to go and explained the other entrance and took me to the other entrance so I could find my way. I sooo appreciated her help. It would help to have a map showing the configuration on the outsie and that there are 2 entrances. When I went to front desk she said lock wiuld be in my locker or I wiuld not have known it was supposed to be there.
Nancy S | Online Move InExcellent 5 Stars. Storage is VERY SECURE YES. LIGHTING in PARKING LOT at THE BACK was NOT BRIGHT enough in the Canadian winter at night with snow. This Storage Parking lot in my opinion, was badly lit, not bright enough, so I did have a little accident in the parking lot going over a little ramp. If the lighting had been brighter, it would have been easier to see this little ramp step down of a few inches. That night at around 7pm, it was difficult to see in the snow and ground levels at night, with low lighting in that area. This driving down the low lit ramp at night, caused damage to my low Tesla model S sedan EV car. This accident damaged the back and front end of my car at Milton Crossroads 8000 Lawson Road Uhaul.

Staff at the front desk were amazing and helped me load supplies into my car. Overall the best customer service I have witnessed in many years. Excellent UHaul team! Keep it going!
