Although a map is provided when you sign up, in reality finding your designated storage space is not easy, very confusing time consuming. Once you enter the building, you’re faced with a sea of orange. The map posted at the entrance is exactly the same as the one you were already given, defeating the purpose of one or the other. Have some colour coding system to visually guide customers to find their storage spot more easily. Bring that colour code to your maps and give them a zoomed version of the map not the exact same that is posted on the wall. It’s obvious that the people who came up with the map didn’t walk inside the facility as a customer would do and someone pit the map together sitting behind a computer screen. I am considering renting another storage space but worried that I would get lost trying to access it. Other than this issue, the staff in your stores and those on the phone (traffic center) are amazingly helpful and have great customer service

materials t | First ImpressionsThe experience from a customer perspective was poor. At the end of the transaction you are given a map to go on your own and find the unit. The staff couldn’t navigate the premises, yet you are given a map with drawn in arrows shoring you where to go. Very poor experience.
