Unfortunately move - in day was less than easy. I was told via text message that the lock would be in the unit. Once I found my unit and went to open it the alarm sounded and there was no lock in the unit. Thankfully we were there during staffed hours so my son was able to get me a lock. The staff member offered no apology and didn't care enough to even verify who we were.
