Scot P | Overall ExperienceRented a unit for 4 years. No incidents or break ins of any kind. Unit had no rodents or anything in it beyond what I stored in it when I moved out. Facility was easy to access, their carts made everything easy to haul. Moving out was incredibly easy - moved out, swept up the unit, handed in my key card to the office at front of facility and it took the gal less than 3 minutes to do what she needed to do to have everything canceled and all set. Would recommend!

They absolutely blow it out of the water when it comes to working with people and treating customers with kindness and respect. The General Manager, Sheri, is by far one of the most professional, compassionate, and helpful people I have dealt with in a very long time. I was dealing with a difficult and stressful situation, and she went above and beyond to help me work through it. She was patient, understanding, fair, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. It is rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about the people they are helping, and Sheri absolutely does. She handled everything professionally while still treating me like a person, not just another customer or account number. U-Haul is very fortunate to have her representing their company. Thank you, Sheri, for your kindness, patience, and exceptional customer service. It truly meant more to me than you probably realize. I would absolutely recommend this U-Haul location because of the way I was treated. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hamilton W | Overall ExperienceUnfortunately move - in day was less than easy. I was told via text message that the lock would be in the unit. Once I found my unit and went to open it the alarm sounded and there was no lock in the unit. Thankfully we were there during staffed hours so my son was able to get me a lock. The staff member offered no apology and didn't care enough to even verify who we were.
