I didn't leave because I didn't the facility, I finally got access to attic space that was finished! The manager was always respectful and helpful as much as he could be. The storage facility was never ever dirty was always clean and very well lighted. The elevator never once had a delay. The ACCESS hours were more than convenient. I never ever once had issues here so kind and friendly and especially helpful. Climate controlled units are a very PLUS!!!
