The blonde lady with the short hair was so so nice. I think she is no longer there but I thought she was great. The other lady with the dark hair is very nice as well

Liam C | First ImpressionsThe local staff has always been excellent. Our experience with UHaul has not been so great. It took over three weeks last year to repair the door to our storage unit. We were not able to access it during that time and our possessions were not secure. We did receive one month compensation, which was fair. Also, we are not happy with the continual price increases. The most recent price increase drove us to find an alternative. We will be saving $55.00 monthly for comparable space.
