I can’t say enough great things about our experience here. Besides the facility being clean, safe and secure and convenient for us, Todd the manager, was always helpful. Went above and beyond for us and explained to us how things worked etc. Trust me when I say, they aren’t all run like this.
DORSEY L | Overall ExperienceThe U-Haul facilities I use are located in Libertyville, Illinois. An addition was recently added and I have units in both the old and new buildings. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The manager Todd, is above and beyond in customer service. He's available during his working hours to answer any questions and help in any way he can. He is ALWAYS friendly and easygoing. There are tons of storage facilities in Lake County. I will always trust my belongings to the Libertyville location...they've proven themselves over and over again for the almost 5 years I've been a customer. DEFINITELY TOP NOTCH!!!!
