It's perfect for me, and prices are very good as well. I like the Air Conditioning with my unit. Allows my personal good and paper work to be able to last longer then an outside unit. I will definitely recommend Uhaul. Thank You again.

They both be came very evil after I ASKED THEM TO RETURN THE MONEY AND NO MONEY. THEY KNEW THE BANK WAS NOT ABLE TO SEE WHAT THEY BOTH DID? MY THING ARE THERE APPARENTLY AT THE MIRRETIA, CA JEFFERSON LOCATION. I WAS ACCIDENTLY GIVING A VAN AND BECAUSE I'M MOVING OUT MY APARTMENT 45 MINS AWAY ON JUNE 21ST, 2024, THIS HORRIBLE THEIF HAS PLACE ME IN A SITUATION. sonia w | Overall Experiencemy experience with U-Haul has been a good experience unfortunately I had to give up my storage unit 2128 due to the fact of financial strain, having to make a choice on my heart medication or continue to keep my storage, which in this case I could not afford both That said I’m very thankful for the help and understanding with you all and management team facilities in Marietta, California. They were very understanding and showed great concern about my well-being and I will never forget this. I’m thankful for the professionalism and the management understanding my situation. I would always recommend U-Haul storage to anyone you and God bless.
johnny R | Overall ExperienceI’m being charged for the first month even though I had a one way trip with U-Haul and was told I wouldn’t have to. I was sent to wrong U-Haul to un load and had to drive to another one where I originally thought my haul was but the individual who provided me U-Haul gave me prior address. Once there it was not a drive up storage unit in fact my unit was on the second level. And we had to carry it up the stairs even being on first level would have been better. Next I still have not been contacted in regards to my refund even though facility manger has supposedly been contacting by U-Haul customer service overall the experience was already stressful and the app really no help at all very inconvenient actually and I use apps so I it’s not my lack of technical knowledge but I will say it was clean inside and outside of unit

sonia w | First ImpressionsThis is the first time in the last three years and 2nd move with probably 12 or more truck/trailer rentals that anyone has pointed out the gallon estimate on rental agreement to bring back tank to for instance to 3/8 upon return. That information it so helpful and time savings. All employees were very polite and helpful.

Eldon M | Overall ExperienceWhen I first rented out the storage unit, my plan was to rent for 8 months. Eight months became almost four years. The staff at the Murrieta-Jefferson U-Haul were always professional and kind. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to load/unload. Initiating and terminating the rental agreement was simple and fast. My only complaint is that U-Haul continued raising the rates higher than the rate of inflation over the four years.
