Ravi the Store Manager was very helpful and prompt whenever anything was needed. I would say $180+ per month or $2,200+ annually is pretty expensive. You should offer leases of designated time periods where the total price declines versus your stated average length or rental.

The only issue I had, which is pretty major, is that there is so little parking anywhere at the facility that it becomes a major inconvenience to load and unload items. I’ve never seen a U-Haul lot that is so full with rental vehicles that some of those vehicles are also parked in customer spots. I’d recommend this facility to another person with that major caveat.
