The entire staff was awesome! I like the area inside the storage facility allocated for donated items. I am glad I was able to provide an item for an elderly person!

The only issue I had, which is pretty major, is that there is so little parking anywhere at the facility that it becomes a major inconvenience to load and unload items. I’ve never seen a U-Haul lot that is so full with rental vehicles that some of those vehicles are also parked in customer spots. I’d recommend this facility to another person with that major caveat.

But once I knew that the unit was too small for my stuff they quickly made another bigger unit available just around from the original smaller unit. So great job there. Overall great service.
