This facility was very clean and accessible, and the staff there was very nice and always ready to answer any questions I had about my unit.

CHERYL B | Overall ExperienceWhile the facility is mostly kept clean, the outside by the doors is full of cobwebs and filth on the windows, frames and the doors, etc. Along the lines of cleanliness, I had the misfortune of having to use the restroom the other day. It was absolutely disgusting in there. Aside from no toilet paper, no soap and no hand towels, there was trash all over the floor, in addition to dirt all over the sink. I was trying my best no to touch anything at all, but it's hard with no paper of any kind at all. I will tell you that I moved out of the two 10x15 units I was renting for over 2 years now, this week because of the frequency of price increases. I first secured the units there in April of 2023. At that time, the rent was $159 per unit. In just 2 years time, each unit has gone up to almost $279 with taxes. That is literally a 138% increase. That is beyond ridiculous, I genuinely believe it is price gouging. I'm fairly certain in 2 years I've ever been late a day on the rent for either unit, and I've maintained the units for almost 2.5 years. With all the other storage facility options in the area, particularly the ones that have exactly the same amenities that U-Haul offers, it doesn't make any business sense at all that you would lose your customers rather than being more reasonable about your prices. However, that is exactly what you've done. With respect to customer service, for the record, when Sean was the manager of the facility, I often saw somebody at the front desk when I was there. That is not to say that there was always someone sitting there at the desk the whole time, but if I ever needed anything, there was certainly someone around in the area. The times I've been there in the past several weeks, there's never been anybody around while the office is open. Twice I waited over 15 minutes standing in the front office, and neither time did I find a uhaul employee. While I put in the request to vacate the units individually online, I was looking to talk to somebody face to face so that they could go take a look at the unit to ensure me that I wasn't going to be charged for any residual maintenance or clean up fees. The gentleman i did eventually find to touch base with about closing out each of the units appeared as though he genuinely could not have cared less about his job, about being there, or about any of my needs at that moment. When he asked me if I was moving out and I said, "Yes, it's just gotten too expensive," his reply was, "Yeah, whatever it really doesn't matter." And that statement is verbatim. I would encourage you to check the video If that is as hard to believe as it was for me to hear from an employee. A couple of weeks ago we were informed of the most recent upcoming price increase, and at that time, I emailed the general manager regarding the changes. I got zero response - nothing. I've just decided that I'm done giving my business to places that don't deserve it and with bad customer service. I would encourage you in the future to do better, both for the community and for people individually. I certainly appreciate that it's a business and that the intention is to make money, but not to gauge people. U-Haul is not the only game in town. There are quite a few facilities in this area. If you notice you're losing customers, perhaps this is why.
