Just want to say that is always important to feel the hospitality at any type of business you go to or have to deal with for a period of time. The staff at Meriden Road U-Haul was amazing every single time I went there there was nothing but open arms and help appreciate them and look forward to doing business with them in the future if I ever need to go some place in storage I'll be coming back to my U-Haul. michelle o | Overall ExperienceFirst off , they didn't show us how to use the key card to get in the building. Second, they gave us someone else storage unit number. After we couldn't get the lock open , we try to call from in the basement where the storage unit is to the front desk, didn't get anyone, had to walk all the way back up thats how we find out the unit number was wrong. Totally disappointed but we didn't have another option so had to settle with it.
