Everything was stolen from my storage unit by a person I removed access from. Not well managed or secure at all.

I am grateful for the U-haul team for working with me to get my unit emptied and settled up. U-haul will be, moving forward the only storage and rental truck company I use. Their pricing is fair and the rules and regulations are good for the safety of everyone's things.

William P | Online Move InThe unit I had for a few years and they never fix the gate it never stayed up I always had to hold it up load it and unload it and I was told they will fix the gate and they never did for unit 2353 now I have a new unit that gate is good but they should fix that gate before renting it to another person cause they rented me that unit with a messed up gate never once got it fix or even gotten a discount it’s like they cared more about the payment than the customer
