I put a total of 14 miles on the 24 hour rental of a 10' van, put $4 of gas in the tank before returning, and got charged $9 more for gas. That's BS, and I told the employee who checked the dash board for the fuel usage. Told him the odometer doesn't lie, but the fuel gauge apparently does. he just shrugged......not a great policy if you're making money off of faulty fuel gauges.

Was not at all happy with the price increases. I started at 159 and wound up at 229. Toooo expensive for a unit that small!!!

The monthly price seemed to go up every couple of months and the monthly price was double the price of other nearby facilities of the same quality. But for the convenience and security I rate it a 10.

As a loyal customer since the business opened I have always felt valued and welcome. As a much newer facility then most storage locations the standard of cleanliness, ease of access and overall feeling of safety for myself and my valued possessions is much higher than other facilities I have used. The team is also extremely trustworthy in terms of quoting a complete price for storage and truck rentals and honoring it, which also has not been the case with other rental facilities.
