I had a horrible first time experience!!!! It took the person so long to check me in that the other agent gave my van away and so I had to wait longer. Also he did not give me a key card to access the facility. Per the mobile sign up and check in I just needed an access code but that sis not work so I had to wait online and apparently I needed a card to access the facility which I was able to but when I returned after hours the card did not work. Fortunately there was another person there who was able to let me in. I called the facility general manager as it stated to do so (before 10 pm and just go boice mail. I left a message and have yet to hear from her. Also. I mistakenly opened up an unlocked locker and the alarm went off but no response to the faculty. This has me a bit concerned about the safety of the area if there is a break in. I have no other option but to keep the storage there but if I could I would consider moving the items to another facility.

CEDRIC E | Overall ExperienceThe place has lots of rodents. I removed my belongings and I am upset at the amount of damage they caused. The front spanish couple were awesome. They went beyond to help me get my belongings out. The place is clean but has rodent infestation. I didn't have not one mice trap inside unit.

jandell w | Overall ExperienceAlways lied. The lady who is the manager stole from me before and the U-Haul company never did anything about it. Yes I filed a complaint and spoke to someone at headquarters. I was told I would be able to make a payment of $303 soon as the day come for me to make a payment that Sam women applied an extra $150 to the account and no I couldn’t make the $430+ and she knew this. Hence I kept needed another day or time to pay.
Semaj D | Overall ExperienceThe reason why I felt this way is because when they moved my stuff from the storage box to a storage unit some of my stuff is missing and when I ask about it, no one can give a complete answer to why my stuff is missing so if I was to ever use another storage unit from U-Haul, it will not be that one. It would be somewhere else because they’re Customer Service. There is poor.
