I was unhappy that I had to pay more per month than the price given when I booked a unit online.

Peter M. | First ImpressionsIt was okay until last month. I called to ask for payment verification and when I should expect the lock to be removed. I was hung up on the first time and the second time, I said the call must've disconnected and when I asked again, the response was rude. Was told they didn't know and they will call me back in 15 minutes and hung up. Never received a call back. Usually the staff is amazing and super nice/accommodating so I was surprised the last time I called. I rated it excellent and marked yes for everything because I know how surveys can impact staff. One staff member should not hold everyone's weight, but I would not recommend and my experience was great until last month.
