This is an excellent U-Haul location that is conveniently located near Yale University. It’s very clean and well maintained. Tyffany is a great manager who provides excellent customer service. I plan to use this location every summer.

They went beyond to help me get my belongings out. The place is clean but has rodent infestation. I didn't have not one mice trap inside unit.

Yes I filed a complaint and spoke to someone at headquarters. I was told I would be able to make a payment of $303 soon as the day come for me to make a payment that Sam women applied an extra $150 to the account and no I couldn’t make the $430+ and she knew this. Hence I kept needed another day or time to pay.
Semaj D | Overall ExperienceThe reason why I felt this way is because when they moved my stuff from the storage box to a storage unit some of my stuff is missing and when I ask about it, no one can give a complete answer to why my stuff is missing so if I was to ever use another storage unit from U-Haul, it will not be that one. It would be somewhere else because they’re Customer Service. There is poor.
