The reason why I felt this way is because when they moved my stuff from the storage box to a storage unit some of my stuff is missing and when I ask about it, no one can give a complete answer to why my stuff is missing so if I was to ever use another storage unit from U-Haul, it will not be that one. It would be somewhere else because they’re Customer Service. There is poor.

AMPARO H | Overall ExperienceI was unable to gain access. I received a text indicating my unit was ready, and that my lock would be in the unit. I even revceived my access code. With this I thought I was done. So, I packed my trailer, and drove from Worcester to New Haven with a fully loaded vehicle and a trailer, arriving at 7:40PM, only to find what a beautiful and organized facility you have that I could not access, because I had not been "Checked in" That was a frustrating experience that cost me time at a time when I cannot afford false starts. I think the communication could have been better. I tried calling to confirm, but no one answered. I think the text message could have been clearer, and we this would not have happened. Once was about an oil leak that as we discovered, after express-mailing the key to a friend, originated from the outside. The other was about flooding and water damage. We paid a lot of money for our things to be safe, and they were not.
