U-Haul has it figured out! I have used their services many times and, based on past and present experiences, will continue to turn to them for all of my moving and storage needs. The facility near Wooster St. in New Haven is outstanding. The units are clean and bright, the staff is super-friendly and helpful, their store is well-stocked with all the necessities for moving and storage. They make it easy!

He also went the extra mile by offering to let me exit through the side door which was closer to my vehicle rather than have me walk out the front door and then to the side. Just the fact that he offered to do that small deed speaks volumes about his customer service skills. It shows he cared.

I am grateful for the U-haul team for working with me to get my unit emptied and settled up. U-haul will be, moving forward the only storage and rental truck company I use. Their pricing is fair and the rules and regulations are good for the safety of everyone's things.
