Brenna and her staff were very helpful. Even though there are currently mini tmaintenance issues with the facility, they were very helpful and able to enable my move-in. Everything went very smoothly. Everyone is very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Great job to the counter agent though she figured it out after I left and emailed me.

CHRISTOPHER H | Overall ExperienceI’d give 5 stars if I didn’t have to struggle with the motion lights, that light my unit area, turning off every 5 minutes or Less after 8pm… While I understand this is the later hours of the open storage unit ability, I got so frustrated while trying to organize my belongings in my unit and having the lights turn off- then having to crawl across my my piles and walk up and down the unit rows trying to trigger the motion lights to turn back on so I could continue what I was doing. After 9pm it seemed like it would turn off every 2min… leading to me being extremely frustrated- maybe flipping off any possible cameras while I walked up and down the unit rows trying to get the lights to come back on!!! Thankful I was able to move my stuff into a place where I control when the light is on or off!!!!! Otherwise I liked the facility, was able to move in and out online and never had to talk to or deal with the office. Easy peasy rental until 4 months later and the rent got to the point where it wasn’t affordable anymore. Thanks U-Haul storage of New Hope!
