Staff very friendly and helpful. My unit was originally reserved for the 2nd floor. When I arrived I asked if there had any available on first floor because there weren't any available to reserve on line for first floor. Staff member found me one and every thing worked out great. However , the unit on the first floor was $30 more than the unit on the second floor and they were the same size. I guess you pay for convenience..

They have leaks in the storage units in the back where they keep the trucks. Then if you want coverage and they say ok but never hand out the right paperwork move your stuff before the leaks hit your unit They don’t care

Could be a big problem if it would fall through. Might want to look into the ceiling on unit 625 before renting it out.
