Consequently, despite the reservation, we did not get what we expected. That should be made very clear in your reservation policy. I'm still incensed.

When I arrived I asked if there had any available on first floor because there weren't any available to reserve on line for first floor. Staff member found me one and every thing worked out great. However , the unit on the first floor was $30 more than the unit on the second floor and they were the same size. I guess you pay for convenience..
