The elevator seemed like it was down way too often and even more, so the sliding door unit was constantly having problems throughout my long stay. Also trash built up high on the backside of the building without being collected promptly. I have noticed over the past one and a half years that problems have not been dealt with as quickly and efficiently as they were before under the previous two managers. I like this new girl who is managing it now, but she may just need a little bit of advice and encouragement from the higher-ups.

I went to clear out my space, the door handle was missing. Then I was told I’ll have to enter through a garage, finally get in get the last of my items out. I tell the guy I’m done using It he states he will have to check my space, I had left a bed frame. No one ever checks my space before, but this guy didn't like me(it was apparent). I go back clear out my frame, the others were pleasant. Clearly this older guy with his hair falling out doesn’t like white people. The place just seems ghetto, I used to like using it as it was clean secure and the people were always nice. Now there on there phones talking and too busy to help a customer, I’ll go to the new place across the road next time……

It's really crazy how one of your competitors was able to give me the same size storage unit for $97 a month yet this location was charging me $159.95 a month. That said, I wouldn't recommend UHaul for storage. Rental trucks yes.
