WILDA F | First ImpressionsWe had a very upsetting experience at this U-Haul storage location. Upon accessing our unit, my wife and I discovered mice inside the building, with droppings spread throughout the storage area. Several of our belongings were damaged and eaten, including items belonging to our baby. This situation reflects a serious lack of pest control and cleanliness. Rodents should never be present in a storage facility where customers trust their personal and family belongings will be kept safe. My wife has a severe phobia of mice, which made this experience even more traumatic. We immediately evacuated the unit after seeing the conditions. We contacted the general manager and provided photos documenting the damage, but we did not receive any positive or helpful response. This lack of accountability added to our disappointment. We strongly urge U-Haul to address pest control, sanitation, and customer support issues at this location.

MATTHEW K | First ImpressionsI had a unit there and fell into default. Been stuck in financial hardship for a little while and explained that when I got called about payments. We settled on a lesser amount because of the hardship and my unit being up for auction. After I had paid, I was told to vacate be 9/27 or additional charges apply. That was September 1st. When I got there on 10/16 AFTER paying my rent for the unit. There was black taped lock on my unit. Was told that it had to be a one and done and I had to vacate. When I asked why the auction lock was on my unit they told me it was because I hadn’t paid. Long story short, the hold you items illegally and then blame you.
