Accessibility was easy and the facility in it's entirety was very clean. I have used other U-Haul storage facilities and they were not as impressive as this one. I most definitely would recommend the U-Haul facility at 4622 MONTROSE RD, in NIAGARA FALLS, ON. Very happy client!!
Christina R | Overall ExperienceNiagara Falls near Montrose rd location. excellent staff so helpful. I have allergies and staff was very understanding and accommodating. helped me find products that were hypoallergenic. My locker was clean as well. One complaint though,. it's too dark and the ceiling is too low. The light near my locker was on.a sensor and I had to walk down further down the hall to turn it on. Without it on I couldn't see anything. Overall very good security and logistics. I like that the dolly was available for use.
