The Staff is awesome 😎👍, and they never stop, it's go, go, go at that location. Wait time to serve people is long,, but that's not the employees fault. Very apologetic for the wait and work very quickly to get you in and out as soon as possible. It's my favorite location. P.S Thanks guys for all your hard work, from set-up, to having the truck a few more days and setting up the storage unit as well. YOUR THE BEST ! 😁👍

NICOLEMARIE S | Overall ExperienceI have been renting from U-haul in Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada since 2022 at the Kent st. Facility. I have always had a great experience with Staff and the Facility from the first rental there, and they have always been helpful and knowledgeable. The only problem I have ever encountered was the fact that the hours aren’t open 24/7 . Even 5:00 am - 12:00 am would be a bit more convenient. I don’t always get there before 10:00 pm and I start babysitting for my one daughter at 6:00 am and I don’t finish watching my other daughters children until after 10:00 pm so I can’t always get there at the right time Actually, just yesterday I entered the facility around 1:30 and moved everything to a new unit ended up doing other stuff and did all of it by myself, so I lost track of time. Well when I went to leave and went from Climate Control where my Unit was over to the other area to exit, the alarm went off. Unfortunately this couldn’t be stopped until a staff member had to take care of it and coming back. I also lost access to the building with some of my belongings that I was taking from storage inside the building on a cart while my other things I had were outside on the ground. There was also someone needed access to their unit sitting outside wanting to get in and I believe it was almost 11:00, maybe 11:15. So I’m hoping you consider a possible extension on hours of excess. Thank you
Susan B | First ImpressionsThe sensor light closest to the first locker that I had didn’t come on because you had to walk past it to turn it on therefore, every time I use my locker whenever the lights went out, I had to walk out walk down the hall turn on the light and then walk back to my locker. But the people there are very helpful/nice
