I have done business with Uhaul for many years for many reasons- across the entirety of Canada. The location in Niagara Falls Canada on Kent has been by far - the friendliest.. most helpful.. calmest.. most patient location. They are managed by an exemplary manager.. and they are a well oiled team !!! It is said that moving is one of the most stressful events in one's life and the folks at that Uhaul location are the calmest people I have met. They take the stress out of everything.. they listen.. they know their jobs and their patience is out of this world !!! I recommend them to everyone and I will continue to do business with them whenever possible.

GUYLENE R | Overall ExperienceAll the Problems I Noticed while renting a U-Haul Storage Unit: PROS: 1. Staff is really nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Polite, courteous, friendly and just altogether very pleasant. 2. The facility does seem very clean and well kept. CONS: 1. No light in the units and it's so dark you can't see anything. 2. Zero protection at the loading area. There should be guard rails where the yellow lines are painted because the ground is not flat. My elderly father rolled his ankle TWICE while there. Extremely dangerous. It's obvious there were gaurd rails installed originally but they have been removed. 3. $240+tax/month for a unit I can't even stand up in. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET. 4. There are hundreds of storage units and only 3 flat carts and 1 mattress cart. One day I had to wait for an hour to get 1 flat cart. 5. Dumbest design ever. They give you a plastic card and you have to swipe it on the device to the left of the doors, walk to the right side of the doors, swipe the card on the second device on the right side of the door in order to open the door. (The devices you swipe to get into the building are both on the outside of the building and for some really stupid reason, you have to swipe on BOTH devices to unlock the access door)
