Only issues we faced were that the sprinkler system inside the unit was too low and my husband smacked his head about 4 times and gave him a goose egg on his head, tore the skin and started bleeding and as a result got a really bad headache. There was no lighting in the unit which made things difficult to see our belongings inside. Thank you

The location in Niagara Falls Canada on Kent has been by far - the friendliest.. most helpful.. calmest.. most patient location. They are managed by an exemplary manager.. and they are a well oiled team !!! It is said that moving is one of the most stressful events in one's life and the folks at that Uhaul location are the calmest people I have met. They take the stress out of everything.. they listen.. they know their jobs and their patience is out of this world !!! I recommend them to everyone and I will continue to do business with them whenever possible.
