The only complaint is there was either a leak in the building or someone else’s storage unit which had water coming under the wall into our unit which caused a bunch of our items to have mold on them…other than that upsetting moment, the facilities were clean. Staff was nice and accommodating and units easy to access.

It feels like they are just waiting for customers to accrue late charges. If you're late, they will call you. I haven't moved in yet so I can't tell you about my experience. 😃
