My unit was infested with mice, there was mouse droppings EVERYWHERE and after cleaning it out there were 6 dead mice in the unit. Everything else regarding the unit was average as expected.

sylvester e | Overall ExperienceI rated this facility below average and would not recommend it to anyone. The cost for that tiny space exorbitant. They catch you with what appeared to be ok rate and then they start increasing. I'd moved in and things seemed ok. Shortly after, I went back and found that someone next door to the unit I was in, had somehow hit the wall separating the unit and my stuff on that side had tumbled over. I had a member of the office staff look at it. Some of my stuff were all over the floor and some broken. What had happened was never acknowledged or nor was any compensation offered. After I explained to a friend that these are the things that can happen, she thanked me, as she was considering using a storage facility and she decided against it. Gabriella P | First ImpressionsAll my stuff was infested with mice and got wet. When I closed out my account and handed my key I was told there was a $25 clean out fee which I agreed to. A few months later I was contacted by management and was told I am still being charged rent. I received a bill for some random amount, which wasn't even the amount I had been paying and they tried to charge my card on some random day that my bill wouldn't even normally be due on. Tasha in management was very rude and unhelpful. Had I known there wasn't a clean out fee and leaving one wet soggy box behind, I would have removed it. I was told there was a $25 clean out fee. I have since moved to Florida and made sure I had the unit taken care of before I left. I was told my Tasha there is no clean out fee and that I should hire a cleaning crew to remove the one box. Very unhelpful.. since the $25 clean out fee doesn't exist apparently.. the staff doesn't seem to know what they are talking about either. Would not recommend them to anyone else. Not unless they want to be harassed and have their belongings ruined by mice and rain.
