When I first started at that location a person lived on site which was added security that is no longer available. I could pay where I was storing my belongs, that is no longer available. All in all I changed storage companies as I was no longer happy there.

STANLEY S | First ImpressionsThe only reason I give my storage experience 1 star is because I reserved my unit a month in advance but when I arrived to put my items into the unit, it wasn’t available. As a result I had to drive across town and reorganize my entire move in order to get my goods into storage. Incredibly frustrating and should’ve never happened.

Staff was great and only complaint is that when we picked up last week both days the gate was left open for anyone to access.
