elizabeth z | Overall ExperienceThis was my first time using a storage unit and I probably won’t use one again, the entrance gate was wide open, when we arrived to the time we left it was open and did not require a access card to get into a secured facility, allowing anyone access to the units. When trying to get into contact it was almost impossible, on my move out day it took over 7 calls to finally get ahold of someone to let them know I have moved out.

I kept having to call the 1-800 number and they had a hard time finding anyone that could help me. It was a very bad experience. No working numbers and no one around to check me in. My card doesn’t work to open the gate and my code doesn’t work to open the gate.

The lock was extremely hard to get off. If I had to go to the office for anything, I would have to drive to a different location. This location is creepy. I have never seen another person there. I never went alone. I rented the storage room online, so I wasn't aware how desolate it was.
