Johnny R | Overall ExperienceThe storage unit was difficult to access to load/unload. No convenient parking and there were stairs. The monthly rate felt really high for the size of my unit. I definitely wish I had chosen a different storage company but after all my stuff was in I didn’t want to have to move it all again. The staff was nice though.

When asked why we were canceling rental after only 3 days and explained that it was very dark and lights weren't working, the response was, "nobody else has a problem with it, try a flashlight".
