Rodney C | Overall ExperienceDoing the online application and rental agreement it tells you to enter your homeowners insurance policy information, but doesn’t give you anywhere to upload it. Another insurance complex is U-Haul offers renters insurance for $150 a month and that covers up to $25,000. Then the last paragraph of the contract it states “ storing anything(s) worth more than $15,000 is prohibited”. Not allowed. Either way I’m covered under my personal homeowner policy, it would better if that was more clear and easier to upload homeowner policy info as I’m sure it’s not always black and white if you need to make a claim. I never went inside, my unit is outside. It was clean, ready, and I like the setup and feel comfortable leaving my things there, at least up to $15,000. Thanks.
