The facility is top standard. I will always choose Uhaul for any storage and self moving needs. The facility is kept clean, climate controlled, pest free and accessible. My possessions were secure and the staff was always helpful for any inquiries. I highly recommend.

Her attitude was completely unprofessional she spoke to me (and others) as if we were children, using a disrespectful and condescending tone. This is not the kind of treatment customers should receive, especially when we’re simply trying to rent a service and follow instructions. Her behavior is not only inappropriate, but also reflects poorly on the U-Haul brand. She should not be in a management position, here or anywhere else. I hope U-Haul takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue.
