ashley w | Overall ExperienceI’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received, specifically from the manager at this location. Her attitude was completely unprofessional she spoke to me (and others) as if we were children, using a disrespectful and condescending tone. This is not the kind of treatment customers should receive, especially when we’re simply trying to rent a service and follow instructions. Her behavior is not only inappropriate, but also reflects poorly on the U-Haul brand. She should not be in a management position, here or anywhere else. I hope U-Haul takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue.

ELIZABETH E | Overall ExperienceI will never go to this U-Haul storage location ever again I will never use U-Haul again. My account was charged the $190 monthly fee it came out of auto pay and I forgot to let the staff know I had moved all of my things out on the 31st admittedly there was trash left in my unit but the manager was nice enough to refund me because obviously I wasn't using the unit and none of my things were actually in it. However, Her name is Kaylei, she is the store manager she told me that she refunded the 190 and it would take a few days to clear in the bank as these things usually do I did not pay too much attention to that bank account because I never use it it is just somewhere where I have extra funds later in the day I realized my account was being declined U-Haul had charged another $190.02. I called the location with Miss Kaylee as her manager I also called the 1-800 number and everyone is telling me that there is nothing in their system saying that I was double charged I called my bank and I can clearly see in my account that I was this is almost $400. It is my honest belief that somehow the staff at this location are committing fraud I would like to be contacted by an upper member of management I can clearly show you the charges in my account and I can also show you how one of the charges had to be done in a store using my card not through an automatic auto pay. This is not the first time something like this has happened when I first moved in my first month was supposed to be free and yet I was charged $190 that was supposed to be free I was never refunded that money we just said okay we'll apply it to the next month that never happened either I let the matter drop because I had so much going on this is ridiculous and unacceptable that this much money can be taken out of someone's account and I've spoken to other people and have had similar things like this happen at this location.

James O | Overall ExperienceThe only problem I had just recently The Man was waxing the floors. He should do that after hour because I have problems with breathing that night. This should not inconvenience customers we pay our storage every month and I had that problem yesterday cleaning out my storage was waxing and then they tried to block off second floor. How in the world were able to remove our things Also, when there is a truck, a U-Haul truck blocking the area where people can unload and pick up it should be moved right away. That’s the only problem that I have with that facility parking was horrible and also when I rented a dolly, I never did receive it, and it was put extra extra extra on the people who are moving my furniture y’all need to come up with a better system.
