They always been kind and courteous and very helpful. Would absolutely recommend this facility

Miracle J | Online Move InThey locked me out my storage building and unit for at least 14 days after paying my bill onetime. Then Jamar needs to be Demoted he is not a good manager let alone a manager Material. He need not to be the face of uhaul entity/company. He doesn't know how to de-escalate situations. His communication skills are by far worser then a preschooler. He has no form of accountability and said he can't not be touched legally or position wise. I didn't receive any form of compensation for my hardship and the violation of contract and rights at all. It was the fault of Uhaul and instead of the employees that uhaul allowed to work for them making right or trying to make right of their wrong doing they harassed me for money I already paid from phone calls to text to emails stating they were going to put a lien on my storage. Corporate couldn't find my payment in their system, the location couldn't find my payment on their side. You have to ask where did the money go. Who is stealing it. Then they moved me out of the unit and moved me back in. Talked so crazy cause I was over it and upset at uhauls employees wrong doing. I still am waiting on the highest manager to call me Sarah who had yet to call me from Corporate.
