Disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the manager at this location. Instead of addressing my concerns, he talked over me, ignored my questions, and came across as condescending and uninterested in helping. I wish I had gone with my first instinct and chosen Extra Space Storage on St. Charles Rock Rd — Manager Ashley was responsive, respectful, and solution-focused. We only chose U-Haul for convenience, but ended up paying more and making extra stops anyway. I pray this review helps spark improvement. It’s the God in me that chooses to speak truth in love — we all deserve better service.
