My only dissatisfaction was employee who I talked to and made a reservations 2 days prior for storage room gave me a storage room on the 1st floor as I requested, when I got there that day to move in the lady not the\nOne I made a reservation with,another lady employee stated, there was no availability on the 1st floor but I had to go to the 2nd floor when I was given a reservation for the 1st floor why? And the unit they gave us was way in the back going toThe back and in a maze at the very end and I had a step up 1 step with the furnitures So it's a lot of walking, and I'm 62 years old lady and I had some people helping me. So I really feel bad about that, but was too frustrated to complain further, it's been a long hot day, and I had a lot of furniture and wanted just to get these guys back home to their family. plus they didn't know how to give me clear directions to the Storage unit the map heard me more confused than ever, and how the key pad work in security system we spin 15 minutes trying to get in.And only could do a success fully when the lady employee came down and try to show us and it wasn't successful for her two minutes, do you have some pure frustrations, I really feel like I should be compensated some way for that severe hardship and disorganization in my request and reservation deception Gaile Ford
