thomas s | First ImpressionsMy storage unit wasn't completely empty so I had to empty out the unit before putting my stuff into it. Luckily someone came by after awhile and picked up all the stuff I took out of the unit. While signing up for the unit I wasn't told I couldn't get into it after a certain time so that caught my off guard. However the signing up process and getting a rental unit was very smooth. Very professional service with a few hiccups.

KAREN Y | Overall ExperienceThe office is a mile or two from the storage site. The person in the office did not give me complete information, so I had to call from the storage site to get assistance. The manger came out and helped me efficiently, but he should not have had to come at all.

anthony t | Overall ExperienceI went into the page U-Haul on on in olivet and I ordered a storage unit 5x10x10 heated and a paid for it gave me an address to a location and I go to where the storage would be when I got there at the storage unit was occupied called in person answer the phone and said well we got another one around the corner I said well this is not heated storage and he said well there's no no he said it was heated the units don't have any heat in them so he gave me another one around the corner from the one that I was at and went over there and put my storage the things that I had in my trailer now because I I took the time to load it up I put it in there at that time and I'm now I'm calling back on page today to find out what went wrong
