Storage facility was great clean and easily accessible. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish storage facility was open late and phones were available later as well.

I did not like the extended location due to my safety because when I entered the code 2 guys pulled closely to my vehicle and was able to come in without using the code. 2. I was not given a lock to secure the storage space. With these complaints I understand that UHaul does not value its customers.

We borrowed a friends truck at considerable expense, only to have to load it, find out our unit was in use by someone else, return home, unload it, and still pay him the $100 plus mileage ($135 total). Not cool.
